Our field agents visited 12,000 POS a year, positioning SKUs and thus ensuring an optimal sales cycle for Philipp Morris.

Attractive product presentations and minimizing out-of-stock situations are crucial in the sales process. Thanks to our expertise in merchandising, we were able to ensure professional shelf support for Philip Morris without disrupting ongoing operations.

We were responsible for the recruitment and briefing of the 50 field agents and ensured that they were deployed as planned at the POS the whole year round. Approximately 12,000 POS visits were carried out per year and 72,000 SKUs positioned, whereby all of the activities were documented in a dedicated IT report.
