From the beginning of June and the end of August, Promotion-Tool officially opened the Zurich’s latest pop-up highlight « Casa Havana ». In addition to a unique location in the middle of the town, the restaurant offered to the guests the finest Cuban and South American delicacies in the form of a 4-course menu, great rum creations at the in-house bar and a unique Cuban ambience right on the Limmat.
« I am really proud that together with Casa Havana were able to realise this unique projet and to open this special restaurant for two months », said Marco Eberhard, owner of Promotion-Tools AG.
The people who wanted to eat in the restaurant had to book a table online at www.casa-havana.ch. Only then the exact address and the code word fot the access to the restaurant were announced. About Facebook, regular updates and up-to-date have been communicated.
This project was realised in collaboration with Pernod Ricard Swiss, Hotel Storchen, BLD Coaching, Rawcut and Kallenberg PR & Kommunikation. Promotion-Tools was responsible for the entire concept, the conversion, the promotion and the catering.
